Grab a disposable pad that you would normally wear and a tape measure. Use the inches you measured to purchase the same size in a cloth pad. Start there! You will have to do some trial and error over time to test which pad size is best for you. You may find that you like a smaller cloth pad than your normal disposable pad. You may find that you prefer a bigger one. Every inch makes a huge difference in the fit on your body. So that is why every pad is measured by inches.Ā

This was a blind buy but turned out to be one of my favorite pads! The cotton is very comfortable against the skin, washes and dries well, and is the same length as my previous Always size 5 maxi pads. Cute print that hides staining, and love the double zorb for incontinence. Highly recommend!
