REFUND/EXCHANGES FOR CLOTH PADS

Due to the nature of the product, SoCo Studio does not take any returns at this time. There are no refunds or exchanges. You will agree to this policy with a checkbox when you purchase from our store so that you confirm your agreement. We never intend to resell any returned products, so we must protect that policy. Absolutely no returns. However, if you have any errors or problems with your items, please fill out this CONTACT FORM within one week of your delivery date and report it. 

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide within 24 hours of your order, that you want to cancel your order, and it has not shipped, you may send me an email and ask for a cancellation. There will be a 25% restock fee for cancellations on any and all products you purchased.

DAMAGES

You will need to report any damages to your product with a photo and an email with all information you can provide about the damage. Once proven your product is no longer functional or within the boundaries of expectations, we will personally discuss a resolution with you that fits the specific situation and accommodate you accordingly to the problem.
