Grab a disposable pad that you would normally wear and a tape measure. Use the inches you measured to purchase the same size in a cloth pad. Start there! You will have to do some trial and error over time to test which pad size is best for you. You may find that you like a smaller cloth pad than your normal disposable pad. You may find that you prefer a bigger one. Every inch makes a huge difference in the fit on your body. So that is why every pad is measured by inches.

First Minky fabric for me, I can definitely see the hype. Very comfortable, feels like you'd have less worry of staining (my cycle ended up sorter than usual so I wore it on a day I would have been fine with a liner so I can't fully say). I did make me feel a bit warmer than usual and the fabric itself felt a bit more stiff than my cotton in terms of forming to my body but not in a bad way. Love the print, looking forward to adding more of this fabric to my collection.
