You can choose your absorbency level with a single zorb (absorbs 4 menstrual cups of fluid) or double zorb add on (absorbs 8 menstrual cups of fluid) and size.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR PAD SIZE?
Grab a disposable pad that you would normally wear and a tape measure. Use the inches you measured to purchase the same size in a cloth pad. Start there! You will have to do some trial and error over time to test which pad size is best for you. You may find that you like a smaller cloth pad than your normal disposable pad. You may find that you prefer a bigger one. Every inch makes a huge difference in the fit on your body. So that is why every pad is measured by inches.
