Grab a disposable pad that you would normally wear and a tape measure. Use the inches you measured to purchase the same size in a cloth pad. Start there! You will have to do some trial and error over time to test which pad size is best for you. You may find that you like a smaller cloth pad than your normal disposable pad. You may find that you prefer a bigger one. Every inch makes a huge difference in the fit on your body. So that is why every pad is measured by inches.Â

Love these pads! So far, I've only used them once. I did leak out the top, but it was most likely user error. I love everything about these; the design, the feel and the fact they are re-usable! Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.
